As an attorney in the firm's Litigation Department, Mr. Radke represents clients in the areas of commercial, employment and construction litigation. In his commercial litigation practice, Mr. Radke represents manufacturers, franchisors and commercial landlords in contractual disputes, tort and product liability matters and collection actions. He also defends employers in discrimination, sexual harassment and whistleblower lawsuits brought under state and federal laws. As a member of the firm's Construction Law Group, Mr. Radke represents construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors and has experience establishing and enforcing mechanic's liens and prosecuting and defending claims for defective work and non-payment. Mr. Radke has substantial experience managing the discovery process in large litigation matters, including the preservation, collection, review and production of electronic documents. Mr. Radke practices in state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts and Maine.
