Jim Shea is an of counsel attorney in the Sacramento office of Ogletree Deakins. Jim graduated from California State University at Sacramento, before attending the University of San Francisco School of Law. Jim has been a licensed California attorney since 2005, and he has developed a broad range of legal experience in the ensuing years including construction expertise, advising on California compliance issues, and multi-defendant complex litigation.  He has represented large multi-state employers including general contractors and subcontractors in construction related matters, bringing successful resolutions through both summary judgments and successful mediations.
