Additionally, James represents the world’s largest healthcare services company on federal policy issues, providing Legislative and Executive Branch monitoring, reporting, analysis, and advocacy. Prior to joining Van Ness Feldman, James worked for Congressional Quarterly where he was responsible for editing online publications, writing summaries of House legislation, and conducting research for staff writers.
