Janus Pan’s practice focuses on assisting healthcare entities in transactional and regulatory matters. Janus has advised clients on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and worked on hospital mergers and acquisitions. Janus also has experience with government investigations of healthcare entities and compliance considerations.

Prior to joining Bradley, Janus clerked for the Office of the Attorney General of California in the Antitrust Department on matters related to hospital mergers and acquisitions. She received her law degree from UCLA School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.
