Jeff doesn’t just present in the courtroom, he manages online legal proceedings as well. Both in-person and online, Jeff has supported more than 200 trials to verdict and worked on over 300 hearings, arbitrations, mock trials, and other legal matters. His trial work focuses on complex high-stakes litigation. Some of his cases include a copyright infringement trial on behalf of Google in San Francisco, an eminent domain case for the East Bay Regional Parks District in Oakland, and a patent infringement trial for Samsung in Marshall, Texas. He also works regularly at International Trade Commission hearings in Washington, DC, where his vast experience is well-suited for the fast-paced ITC-hearing environment.
