Jeffrey D. Holdsworth is an Associate in the Salt Lake City, Utah, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He concentrates his practice on all areas of employment law, including preventative advice and counseling and employment training on behalf of management.

Mr. Holdsworth defends employers against discrimination, wage and hour, and retaliation claims at administrative levels and in state and federal court. He also helps clients navigate federal, state, and local leave and disability laws. In addition, his practice includes defending and enforcing non-competes, and drafting and revising employment agreements and handbooks.

 Mr. Holdsworth is often a featured speaker on employment law topics and delivers on-site training for clients on such topics as “Recognizing and Preventing Harassment" and “Legal Issues for Managers and Supervisors."

During law school, Mr. Holdsworth founded the Creighton University School of Law’s Labor and Employment Society.
