Utilizing his experience in the private and public sector, Jeremy works closely with clients to develop practical solutions for the collection, use and transfer of information. He advises clients on a variety of privacy and data security laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), HIPAA, the FTC Act and state data breach notification laws.
Jeremy has lectured and been featured on podcasts discussing the proliferation of cyber crimes in the health care industry. During law school, he gained experience in privacy at a major technology company and the Federal Trade Commission. Jeremy is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals in US privacy law.
