Jessica Parsons guides clients through a variety of corporate and investment management matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, commercial contract review, regulatory compliance, and private fund formation.
During law school, Jessica worked at Faegre Baker Daniels as a summer associate and as a law clerk during her last year of school. Jessica also served as a student clinician at the Loyola Business Law Clinic, where she represented small business owners and individuals who sought legal assistance with nonprofit organizations.
