She regularly advises employers regarding personnel policies, employee discipline and termination, and compliance with state and federal law. She handles a wide range of employment issues, including those arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act.
She also has vast experience in matters involving breach of contract, wrongful discharge, workers' compensation, co-employee liability, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, other employment-related torts, and public employee free speech and due process rights.
