Mr. Anderson is an experienced litigator and former federal prosecutor who defends individuals and companies in litigation and government investigations conducted by grand juries and government agencies including the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and other state and federal agencies.
As a former Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office in New Mexico, Mr. Anderson has significant experience with the investigation and prosecution of federal offenses, including complex financial frauds and national security matters, as well as with criminal export control and counter-proliferation matters. He has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials in federal court. Mr. Anderson has also briefed and argued numerous appeals to the United States Court of Appeals.
