John L. Kirtley

John L. Kirtley is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group, a member of its Board of Directors, and Chair of its Financial Services Litigation Group. In his 26 years of practice, John has represented clients in a variety of business disputes, primarily in the areas of banking and financial services, securities and corporate governance, contracts, covenants not to compete, business torts, unfair competition and trade secrets, real estate and construction.
