John Callcott is a member in the firm's Morgantown office.  He advises clients in workplace safety, employment, and commercial matters.   He is a member of the firm's Workplace Safety Team, Energy Litigation Team, and Commercial Litigation Team.   In his workplace safety practice, Mr. Callcott assists energy, manufacturing, and other companies in relation to claims arising from serious industrial accidents.  He also counsels and represents clients in their interactions with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), including inspections, investigations, and enforcement actions.
