Jonathan M. Rauch is an Associate in the Washington, DC office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.

Mr. Rauch focuses his practice on corporate and finance transactions involving commercial and business aircraft, aviation regulatory compliance, asset securitization and general equipment finance.

While in law school, Mr. Rauch served as a legal intern in the Acquisition and Fiscal Law Division (AGC-500) at the Federal Aviation Administration, was a member of the Georgetown Law trial advocacy team and was captain of the Georgetown Law softball team. Mr. Rauch was awarded the Georgetown University Law Center Dean’s Certificate “in recognition of special and outstanding service to the Georgetown Law Community.” Prior to attending law school, he was a Contracts & Legal Assistant with Jet Support Services, Inc.

Mr. Rauch is a licensed FAA pilot, holding both a Private Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating and a Remote Pilot Certificate with Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Rating.
