Joshua is a Partner on the Litigation and ADR Team in Florida. His practice includes both the defense and prosecution of complex civil disputes involving a wide array of contract, tort, and statutory claims. He frequently represents real estate developers, commercial landlords and tenants, condominium and homeowners associations, diverse businesses, and private individuals in real estate and commercial pre-litigation, litigation, and arbitration matters, as well as complex commercial landlord-tenant lease transactions.
