Kara Leibin Azocar is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office.  She is a member of Communications and Media practice group.  Ms. Azocar counsels clients on a broad range of legal issues surrounding communications law, policy and regulations.  Her previous experience working on wireless communications policy and regulatory compliance help her to provide valuable legal advice to clients concerning the changing communications landscape.
