She is involved in transactional, advisory and policy work and has advised clients on intellectual property, media, data protection, gaming and general commercial laws. She has published several articles in leading intellectual property publications and regularly writes on contemporary issues in technology, media and related laws.

BUILDING BLOCKS

Karishma graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (NUJS), in 2021 with a B.A./LL.B (Hons). She was a member of the NUJS Law Review, Intellectual Property and Technology Law Society, the Legal Aid Society and the Magazine Committee in NUJS. After graduation, she worked as an Associate in the general
corporate and mergers and acquisitions practice at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai, for around two years. She is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra &Goa.
