Kate focuses her practice primarily on civil litigation. Kate has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the Northeast and has appeared pro hac vice in several other jurisdictions. Kate represents clients in matters involving employment issues, breach of contract, and other business disputes, as well as claims of negligence, products liability, and unfair and deceptive business practices. She has also defended clients during internal government securities investigations.
