Ms. Cooper concentrates her practice in all areas of trusts and estates litigation and administration, including estate and gift tax, fiduciary-related disputes, litigation, probate, and estate and trust administration. As part of the Fiduciary Solutions group, her practice includes the representation of corporate fiduciaries, individual fiduciaries, heirs, beneficiaries, and creditors in the resolution of probate and trust-related disputes through proactive solutions, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Specifically, this includes disputes involving fiduciary misconduct, spousal rights, interpretation of wills and trusts, distributions to beneficiaries, will contests, fiduciary compensation, and disputes in which fraud, undue influence, and lack of capacity are at issue.
