Kelly Dobbs Bunting litigates class and collective actions involving claims under federal and state law for wage and hour violations, misclassification, overtime, minimum wage issues, and off-the-clock work. She also defends both state and federal employment claims involving pregnancy, gender, age, disability and race discrimination, national origin and religious discrimination and harassment. She regularly negotiates and litigates employment contracts and secondment agreements with non-competition and non-solicitation clauses. Kelly has appeared before the EEOC, the NLRB, the DOL, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce, and the Delaware Department of Labor.
She has represented employers in numerous U.S. Department of Labor audits and investigations around the country, in addition to handling federal and state mediations. Kelly advises multinational employers on FCPA compliance and cross-border workplace issues, and is the Co-Chair of GT’s Compliance/HR Training Group. She was ranked as "recommended" in the 2014 and 2015 editions of The Legal 500 United States for her work in Labor and Employment: Workplace and Employment Counseling and is a member of Philadelphia’s first-tier ranked Labor & Employment Practice by U.S. News-Best Lawyers.
