Growing up helping his family operate an Ohio-based dairy farm, Kevin Hess learned the value of hard work and integrity.  Although no longer a dairy farm, his family still operates the farm and many of the lessons he learned during that time are with him today and have shaped his legal career.   Kevin’s practice revolves around helping his clients be successful as they navigate workplace safety, labor and employment, and workers’ compensation legal matters.  Kevin’s clients, who are in the manufacturing, commercial farming, and multi-family housing industries, appreciate his efforts to help them prevent legal issues by regularly performing audits, developing policies and procedures and, shining a spotlight on areas to address.  When faced with an OSHA inspection or penalty, Kevin is the attorney clients want by their side to help remedy the situation and negotiate for reduced penalties, enabling them to focus on running their business, for ultimate success.
