Kevin Glandon counsels corporate and individual clients regarding sensitive and nuanced political and election law concerns in civil, criminal, and internal investigation matters. 

Mr. Glandon’s expertise includes the Federal Election Campaign Act, the Securities and Exchange Commission’s pay-to-play rules, Senate and House ethics rules, and numerous state and local political and election laws.  Mr. Glandon has defended clients called to appear before House and Senate congressional committees; investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Election Commission, state, and municipal oversight bodies; and in litigation.
