Kevin McNiff is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Fund Formation & Investment Management, Private Equity & Venture Capital, and Private Funds & Buyout Practices.

Mr. McNiff provides counsel to emerging fund managers on the formation of venture capital and real estate funds, including management company and fund structuring, registration with state and federal securities regulators and 1940 Act compliance. He also advises public pension plans, university endowments and other institutional investors regarding investments in private funds, alternative investment vehicles, co-investments and separately managed accounts.
