Kirstin Dietel represents companies in litigation, investigations, and counseling matters, with a focus on False Claims Act (FCA) litigation and internal investigations. She represents contractors before the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) and in state bid protest proceedings.

Kirstin’s recent experience includes serving as counsel of record in three successful motions to dismiss FCA complaints against a technology contractor. She has represented other technology entities and financial services clients in FCA litigation and in responding to subpoenas issued by the Department of Justice and agency inspectors general. Kirstin also has experience advising and counseling contractor clients on compliance with socioeconomic regulations.

Kirstin has conducted Foreign Corrupt Practices Act due diligence reviews into prospective and existing foreign agents and business partners in Europe and Asia. She also provides support on due diligence associated with acquisitions of companies that possess government contracts.
