Kristin Taylor is an associate at the firm’s Charlotte office. She is a member of the corporate/M&A practice group. During law school, Kristin served as an extern for a magistrate judge where she assisted staff by performing research, cite-checking, and editing memoranda, as well as drafting recommendations for habeas corpus and social security cases.
