Krystal Scott is a partner in the Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Scott practices in Jones Walker's Houston office where she focuses her practice on disputes for energy-industry clients.
Ms. Scott represents both onshore and offshore energy clients in oil and gas matters including enforcing contractual and property rights, compliance with environmental and industry regulations, and class actions. Ms. Scott has developed a focus on litigation of royalty disputes, transportation, marketing, and gathering disputes, lease maintenance and operations disputes, and disputes involving fraud and error. In addition, Ms. Scott has significant experience litigating disputes between companies involved in offshore activities, with a particular focus on offshore contractual disputes.
