He has represented a variety of clients in this space, including both wireline and wireless telecommunications companies, Internet service providers, cable companies, electric companies, and natural gas companies. He has a thorough understanding of the unique culture and laws within each industry, which enables him to provide efficient and effective counsel to clients when issues arise with regulators, other utilities, residential and industrial customers, or municipalities. He has also assisted industrial clients in the negotiation of transactions with utilities.
