Kyle M. Mulhall is Of Counsel in Akerman Senterfitt's Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Policy Practice Group.   Mr. Mulhall previously worked for Catapult Technology, Ltd. where he was Senior Vice President for Law. Catapult Technology, Ltd. is a government consulting firm that provides human resource, business process, and information technology services to the Federal Government. Prior to joining Catapult, Mr. Mulhall served as Senior Policy Advisor to House Democratic Leader Richard Gephardt for transportation, energy, agriculture and environmental policy. He was one of the primary drafters of the post-9/11 emergency legislation to stabilize the US aviation industry and to create new transportation security systems. He was the staff chair of the House Democratic Energy Taskforce and authored the Democratic national energy plan. He also help to secure major funding for airport projects, flood protection efforts, transit systems, economic development initiatives, school modernizations and environmental remediation programs. He was also a trial attorney for the United States Department of Transportation, and Assistant Corporation Counsel for the Corporation Counsel for the District of Columbia.
