Trusts and Estates/Fiduciary Litigation: Statewide representation of financial institutions and individuals in their fiduciary capacities as Trustees, Personal Representatives, Special Administrators, Conservators and Attorneys-in-Fact with regard to matters including trust modifications, document construction, trustee appointment and substitution, breach of fiduciary duty issues, tax issues, distributions, Court approvals, declaratory judgment matters, will contests, claims against estates, disclaimers, valuation issues, and inter-beneficiary disputes. Laurel advises financial institution business lines as well as their legal departments. She is member of the firm’s Wealth Management Team.
Estate Administration: Representation of Personal Representatives in all South Carolina estate administration matters.
