Lawrence J. Del Rossi is counsel in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. He works on a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, with a focus on employment litigation in state and federal courts. He is also a member of Drinker Biddle’s Data Management and Discovery Group and has worked on numerous large-scale data productions and other complex e-discovery issues.
Litigation. He has defended clients charged with various forms of discrimination, retaliation and related claims under federal and state law, including complaints alleging violations of New Jersey’s Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD) and Conscientious Employees Protection Act (CEPA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state laws governing employee rights. Another significant area of Larry’s practice include non-compete litigation (both defending and enforcing), particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
