Lee focuses his practice on environmental law. He moved to Dinsmore from the Ohio Attorney General’s office where he worked in the Environmental Enforcement Section as an environmental litigator. Lee’s experience includes complex litigation in drinking water and surface water matters, such as permit appeal defense before the Environmental Review Appeals Commission and United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Ohio EPA administrative cases, and civil enforcement in state and federal courts across Ohio.

Prior to the Ohio Attorney General’s office, he maintained a general legal practice in Dayton. Lee is as adept at developing and executing litigation strategies as he is at negotiating a favorable compromise, and he has the tools to effectively handle a wide range of environmental matters for municipal, industrial, and commercial entities.
