Leslie Palma focuses her practice on labor and benefits matters, applying more than 20 years of experience to advise clients on employment matters in the corporate sector. Leslie represents businesses on matters related to individual and collective procedures. She also advises domestic and foreign companies on labor and employment due diligence.

Leslie has represented clients in negotiations before the Employee's Defense Office and in litigation before the federal and local labor boards in Mexico, as well as on amparo appeals. She is deeply knowledgeable in the areas of executive compensation, employee benefits, noncompete agreements, labor management relations, and workforce reductions, and she regularly assists companies as they manage other employee changes. Leslie’s practice also includes the implementation of labor structures and the conducting of compliance investigations.

Leslie’s previous experience includes serving as in-house counsel for an international retailer.
