Linda M. Doyle is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office.  She focuses her practice on all aspects of employment-related litigation.  Linda’s trial experience includes class actions and single plaintiff matters related to: wage and hour issues, employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, executive compensation, benefits. non-competition agreements, trade secrets, and unfair competition, whistle-blower claims under state law, Sarbanes-Oxley and the False Claims Act.  Linda negotiates labor contracts on behalf of employers, represents employers in arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements, in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and the Department of Labor and in union organizing campaigns.   Linda also counsels employers on employment issues and conducts training sessions for employees and management.
