She advises clients on employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, termination of employment, workplace policies, compliance with modern awards and other industrial instruments. Ms Rumble also provides strategic advice on methods of engaging staff, restructures and transfer of business issues and restraints of trade.

Ms Rumble has conducted a range of workplace investigations arising from allegations of inappropriate workplace conduct such as sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying.
