Kevin Wang's practice covers a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. He represents U.S. companies from start-ups to multinational corporations navigating the various temporary visa (H-1B, E-3, TN, E-1, E-2, L-1, and B-1) and green card categories (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3) for their foreign national workforce. He regularly advises and works with companies to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the PERM Labor Certification process. Kevin also advises companies on worksite compliance issues, including E-Verify and I-9 compliance, and H-1B Labor Condition Application compliance.
Kevin has assisted families through their family-based immigration processes, and also has experience working with researchers, athletes, and artists in O, P, EB-1A, and National Interest Waiver cases.
