Lucas I. Silva is a senior counsel and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he focuses his practice on patent litigation and also handles matters involving claims of trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and the Life Sciences Industry Team.
In addition, Mr. Silva represents clients in patent re-examination and inter partes review proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
