She represents both public and private companies, including master limited partnerships (MLPs), providing advice on a wide variety of business transactions, including public and private debt and equity offerings; tender and exchange offers; and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Ms. Stark also provides general corporate and securities advice to many clients, and her work has included providing fiduciary duty advice and disclosure advice, as well as crisis management for public company clients.
