Mark focuses his practice on matters related to debt, real estate workout and commercial restructuring.  During law school Mark served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal for its 35th Volume.  After graduating, Mark served as a judicial law clerk for two years in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
