Martha C. Szatkowski concentrates her practice in health care law and product and premises liability. Ms. Szatkowski's health care practice focuses on the defense of hospitals and physicians as well as nursing home litigation. She also has experience in the defense of product and premises liabiltiy claims arising in toxic tort cases. Ms. Szatkowski is licensed in Illinois and Indiana and handles cases filed in both states. She is a contributor to the Johnson & Bell publication Health Care Law Alert and has been a presenter on topics that include the Medical Studies Act and Attorney Client Privilege.
