Martha Kammoun advises domestic and international private equity funds, sponsors and financial institutions on acquisitions and finance transactions, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure investments. Her experience includes advising on conventional and renewable power projects, transmission, energy storage and carbon capture.
As co-general counsel of a US-based energy private equity fund, she has also advised on a broad range of operational matters ranging from project finance, development, asset management and divestiture, to fund structuring and governance. Her goal is to leverage her knowledge and experience to assist her clients in efficiently structuring their transactions and optimizing the operation and value of their assets.
