Matthew Campbell has significant products liability litigation experience as well as extensive experience representing medical device companies in commercial disputes relating to the development and commercialization of cardiovascular and peripheral stent products, mitral value repair systems, and blood diagnostic systems.
In addition, Matt has represented pro bono clients in asylum proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Court, a habeas corpus appeal before the Seventh Circuit and related certiorari petition to the U.S. Supreme Court, and a veterans-benefits appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
