Mr. Castelli is an associate in the firm’s Denver office and focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, federal state and environmental issues, and natural resources issues, while concentrating on the Clean Air Act, the Endangered Spices Act, and the National Historic Preservation Act.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Castelli worked at the Conservation Law Center where he supported litigation under the Endangered Species Act and assessed compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Administrative Procedure Act.  He also worked at the Environmental Law Group and the Southern Environmental Law Center.
