Maximilian Colle joined the Berlin office of Ogletree Deakins as an attorney in March 2023. From April 2019 to August 2020 and then again since September 2022, he has already supported the Berlin office as a law clerk.  Through various internships with a focus on employment law, he acquired sound knowledge in the field of employment law during his studies, which he was able to further deepen during his work as a law clerk for Ogletree Deakins.

He advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labor law.

In addition, he also advises companies on residence and work permit issues, as well as on the relevant application procedures before the German authorities.
