Megan Garnett cares about getting her clients the best results. Megan takes the time to listen to her clients to fully understand their business and industry. Her experience navigating civil litigation from pre-trial complaints through the appellate process, provides her clients the expertise needed to develop a comprehensive strategy to achieve their desired outcomes. Megan strives to be the go to resource for any questions that may arise for her clients and utilizes her resources to construct creative resolutions. Megan’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation and she has experience in representing clients involved in the energy industry as well as professional malpractice cases.

As a Colorado native, Megan is passionate about giving back to the community and growing Colorado’s economy.  Megan has sat on the Board of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association for the past five years and is heavily involved in both the Denver Bar Association and American Bar Association.  Megan is passionate about the startup community in Denver and Boulder and has volunteered for Girls, Inc. and is involved in the Colorado IP Inn of Court.  Megan is loyal to the University of Colorado and can be found cheering on the Buffalo’s at basketball and football games.  In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and English Bulldog, Juan Pablo.
