Michael Blane advises clients on capital markets and corporate transactional matters, including public offerings, private placements, corporate governance and compliance.

Michael represents both issuers and underwriters in public and private securities transactions. He also advises on special purpose acquisition company initial public offerings and mergers.

While in law school, Michael served as a judicial intern at the Nassau County Supreme Court and was an articles editor for the Family Court Review.
