Mr. Specht is a director in the firm and is the Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Electronics Group.  He also co-chairs the firm’s Communications Industry Group.  He has a unique combination of over twenty years of telecommunications and Internet-related technical, legal, and business development experience.  He specializes in helping clients understand, manage and leverage the intersection of emerging technology, and law and regulation, as it impacts business and investment strategy.
