Michael J. Nesse is an Associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including employment litigation, preventive advice and counseling.
Mr. Nesse regularly represents clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, such as the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, New York State Division of Human Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also has extensive experience representing employers in various areas of labor and employment law, including actions involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and wage-and-hour violations.
While attending law school, Mr. Nesse was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar and Staff Editor of the New York Law School Law Review.
