Michael is Counsel in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department and a member of the Outsourcing and Technology Practice Group.

His practice focuses on complex outsourcing agreements as well as technology transactions, particularly software-as-a-service offerings and automation tools.

Before joining the firm, Michael was an attorney at IBM, where he supported a wide range of business process outsourcing and information technology outsourcing engagements.

Michael received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, where he was the Online Editor for the Journal of Legislation. Michael received his B.S. magna cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Michael also serves as an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law.
