Mitchell represents financial institutions in a variety of real estate financing transactions, including acquisition financing, construction financing and preferred equity investments. Mitchell has experience representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and refinancing of commercial properties.

Prior to joining the firm, Mitchell represented lenders and borrowers in real estate secured financing transactions.
