He also regularly defends businesses against charges of discrimination, unfair labor practice charges, and OSHA citations. In litigation, he works to obtain favorable results for clients as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

In addition, Nathan helps businesses comply with all manner of laws governing the workplace, including those related to employee discrimination and harassment, leaves of absence, wage and hour requirements, disability accommodation, workplace health and safety, labor unions, unemployment, and workers' compensation. He assists employers in developing personnel policies, employee handbooks, employment agreements, and severance agreements.
