Nathan focuses his practice on business and employment litigation. He has a broad background, with experience litigating all manner of contract, commercial, corporate, and employment issues and disputes. He also regularly defends businesses against charges of discrimination, unfair labor practice charges, and OSHA citations. In litigation, he works to obtain favorable results for clients as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
In addition, Nathan helps businesses comply with all manner of laws governing the workplace, including those related to employee discrimination and harassment, leaves of absence, wage and hour requirements, disability accommodation, workplace health and safety, labor unions, unemployment, and workers' compensation. He assists employers in developing personnel policies, employee handbooks, employment agreements, and severance agreements.
Nathan has provided counsel to companies of all sizes, from small business owners to Fortune 500 companies. He most often works with clients in the manufacturing, energy, health care, and non-profit industries.
