Nathan Parker is a partner in the Finance Group in Cadwalader's London office.

Nathan has worked in the City for over a decade on a large range of financing transactions and has represented leading private equity sponsors, funds and their portfolio companies in connection with their financing of cross border leveraged buyouts, restructurings and holdco and other structured indebtedness. 

He frequently works on new money investments and direct lending transactions in the restructuring and special situations context as well as fund financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders with clients that include Citibank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Raiffeisen Bank International, Hayfin, Apollo Management, Private Advisers, Hemen Investments Limited, CQS, Makuria Investments, Oaktree Capital, Park Square, Lodbrok Capital, Helios Investment Partners, Njord Partners.

Prior to joining Cadwalader, Nathan worked in the acquisition finance and fund finance practices in Debevoise & Plimpton's London office.

Nathan received his B.A. and LL.B. with honours from Monash University, Australia. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
